All our goods are handcrafted . So the orders are usually shipped from our facility for 2-5 business days.

Please be aware that our Customer Experience team's answers during this time may be delayed owing to the exceptionally high traffic. Please give a response up to 72 hours. We pledge to answer as soon as we can to each and every customer!

Please wait up to 10 business days for your order to process if you ordered it during the busiest time of year or right before a big holiday (such as Black Friday or Christmas).
The preparation time before dispatch is not included in the anticipated delivery time that is shown on the checkout page.

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc... It may take anywhere from 5-35 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

Note: The delivery timeframe shown on our website reflects to U.S. the average delivery period. In some cases , shipments may take longer due to U.S. customs delays, especially after the new import rules introduced on August 29 2025.

Customs Duties and Taxes 

United States : We ship DDP - duties & taxes are prepaid by us. You won't be charged additional fees on delivery.

Rest of World: When shipping orders to certain countries, such as those in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your local customs authorities may charge additional taxes, duties, or fees according to your country’s regulations. 

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer. 

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
