Are the items in the covers real?

Yes, all the elements we use in making the covers are real.

There are small bubbles on my cover, is this normal?

Handwork cannot be 100% perfect; There may be bubbles and slightly offset design elements that are slightly different from the sample, but it will not affect the appearance of the phone body.

My cover is defective, what should I do?

We thoroughly check all items before dispatch to you, but if you believe you have received a defective case, please contact our customer service team using the contacts on this page with your order number and photos of the defect.

My order has not been shipped for a long time, what should I do?

The manufacturing time of the cover before shipping is 2-5 working days (excluding weekends). If you ordered a cover on Friday evening or over the weekend, they will start making them on Monday.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If your product is faulty or damaged please email info@thats-my.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring.

I haven't received my order for a very long time, what do I do?

if you have not received your order within the time specified in the shipping section for your country, please let us know at info@thats-my.com and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
