Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

You are entitled to a return with the following deviations:

(1) Non-personalized or non-customized
(2) Personalized or customized Products.


We would like to inform you in advance that in case of a return you have to bear the costs of the return yourself. Our customer service (info@thats-my.com) will be happy to assist you with this request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us regarding the return address via email to info@thats-my.com as there are different warehouses.


(1) NON-PERSONALIZED OR NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

You have the right of returns within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of or has received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by sending an email to info@thats-my.com.

After we received the items, we will pay you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have opted for a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) within a period of 14 days from the day on which we received the notice of return. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged these repayment fees. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have returned the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days after the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The shipping costs of the return must be borne by the customer. You will be liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is due to handling of the goods other than as necessary to verify the quality, characteristics, and function of the goods.

(2) PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of non-pre-manufactured goods that are subject to individual selection or determination by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. covers with the addition of personalized letters or covers in which certain details were changed at the request of the buyer). This is because we can no longer resell the personalized products. They are made especially for you by hand. We ask for your understanding.

If personalized goods were damaged or defective, the right of withdrawal of the non-personalized products comes into force.

What do I do if my items are faulty?

If your product is faulty or damaged please email info@thats-my.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring.

I am not satisfied with my product, what do I do?

If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact our customer care team on info@thats-my.com advising us of the problems you are having. Please also include a photo of your product and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as we can.
